Terms of service

The service

You order a WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit of the number of pages in your plan. We deliver a findings report reviewed and signed by an IAAP-certified specialist, normally within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation.

What the deliverable is

An independent technical assessment: findings mapped to WCAG success criteria with severity, evidence and remediation instructions. It is not legal advice, not a compliance certificate, and not a guarantee against claims or litigation.

Refunds

If we cannot audit the scope you ordered, we refund the undeliverable part in full. Errors in a delivered report are corrected at no charge.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorized to have the site audited, and that the pages are publicly reachable or that access arrangements were agreed at order time.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. Governing law: Estonia.
