This sample is a real, unedited report our pipeline produced for a demo site we built (Cedar & Salt, a fictional restaurant), then reviewed and signed by our certified accessibility specialist exactly like a customer audit.

What you will see in it

• Site summary: pages audited, finding counts by severity, items resolved by human review.
• Per-page findings: each mapped to a WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion, with severity, the exact offending element, evidence quoting the page, and a remediation instruction a developer can execute directly.
• Source labels: every finding states which layer produced it: deterministic check, AI judgment, or human review.
• The human review trail: which items automation flagged as undecidable and how the reviewer resolved them, plus the reviewer's name and certification.
• Methodology statement: what was tested, how, and what the report does and does not claim.
