Accessibility statement

We sell accessibility audits, so this page is held to the same standard we hold everyone else to: say what you target, how you test, what is imperfect, and how to reach you. No compliance badges, because none exist.

The standard we target

getauditrush.com targets WCAG 2.1 level AA, the same standard our audits test customer sites against and the one referenced by the ADA case law and the European Accessibility Act's EN 301 549.

How this site is tested

• Every page goes through our own audit pipeline before deploy: the deterministic layer (axe-core), the automated judgment passes, and a keyboard probe. Findings block the deploy until fixed; the same pipeline our customers pay for is the gate our own pages pass.
• The color palette is contrast-checked in the build: every text and border combination is verified against WCAG thresholds programmatically, not by eye.
• The build refuses known defects, including a hard check that fails the whole build on certain typographic and markup patterns.

What we know is imperfect

• Audit reports are delivered as HTML and PDF. The HTML report is the accessible version; PDF export of complex evidence tables lags behind it, and screen reader users should prefer the HTML.
• The free scan's results panel renders progressively; we announce updates via a live region, but very fast repeated scans can produce chatty output in some screen readers.
• German pages carry English reports and some English interface labels, stated on the pages themselves.
